회원권 환불 안내

‘코로나19 확산방지’ 차원에서 장기간 운영 중단된 스포츠 컴플렉스 피트니스&골프 멤버십 센터의 회원자격을 탈퇴(환불)하기 희망하는 회원은 아래 내용을 참조하여 기일 내 환불신청서를 제출하기 바랍니다.

= 아 래 =

가. 대상자 : 회원 중 환불 희망자

나. 환불신청 방법 : 붙임 ‘멤버십 환불신청서’ 양식을 작성하여 이메일 제출

다. 제출 이메일 : 고정애<26310@kaist.ac.kr>

라. 환불신청기간 : 2021.02. 19.(금), 18:00까지

마. 환불산출기준 : 환불금액 = 실제납부금액 - (이용일수 * 1일 적용단가)

* 2월 24일 잠정폐쇄 시작했으므로 2월 23일까지 사용한 것으로 처리

* 위약금 10% 공제하지 않음

* 1개월 회원권도 환불 가능

바. 기타 :

* 환불받지 않은 회원은 센터 정상 운영 시 운영중단 기간만큼 회원권 및 개인 락카 사용기간 자동 연장될 예정

* 환불받은 경우 추첨 없이 재등록 불가

Notice for a refund of the membership

of the Ryu Keun-Chul Sports-Complex

Anyone who want to cancel their fitness and golf membership of the Sports-Complex should submit the refund application as below.

a. Target of refund: people who want to get refund

b. Method of application for refund: send an email with the refund application form

c. Email: Ko Jeong-Ae 26310@kaist.ac.kr

d. Refund application period: ~ 2021.02.19.(Fri) 18:00

e. Standard refund

: refund value = the price paid - (the number of days used * applied unit price for a day)

* The membership center closed on February 24, so every member is considered to have used the facilities until February 23.

* No 10% penalty

* The one month membership also can get a refund.

f. note

* When the membership center is reopened, people who have maintained their membership will get an extension of period of the membership and the locker usage for as many days as the suspended period.

* Once you get a refund, you can not renew your membership without drawing lots.
