2012년 9월 KAIST 건강달리기대회를 다음과 같이 개최하니 교내 구성원 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여를 바라며, 건강달리기대회 참가신청 및 결과는 스포츠컴플렉스 홈페이지를 통해서만 신청, 확인 가능함을 안내드리니 반드시 유의바랍니다.

1. 대회명 : KAIST 건강달리기대회

2, 대 상 : KAIST 재학생 및 교직원(선착순 200명 제한)

3. 일 시 : 2012. 9. 21(금), 오후4시

(참가자는 오후3시30분까지 대운동장 집결, 오후4시 정각 출발합니다.)

4. 장소 및 코스 : 출발지 및 도착지 - 대운동장(E17)

코스(5.7km) - 대운동장(E17) - 의과학연구센터(E7) - 중앙기계실(E12) - 창의학습관 (E11) - 정문술빌딩(E16) 앞 삼거리 - 본관(E14)뒷편도로 - 교육지원동(W8) - 오리연못 - 정문 - 지오센트리퓨지실실험동(W16) 앞 삼거리 - 응용공학동(W1) - 쪽문 - 학생기숙 사(W4) - 기혼자기숙사(W5) - 나눔관(W7) - 풍동실험실(W10) - 노천극장(W9) 앞 도로 - 교육지원동(W8) - 오리연못 - 정문 - 산업경영학동(E2) - 나노팹센터(E19) - 반도체 동(E3~4) - 대운동장 후문 - 골인점(E17)

5. 신 청 : http://sportscomplex.kaist.ac.kr/(홈페이지 방문) - 상단 “건강달리기”

클릭 -‘신청접수’클릭 - ‘등록’ 후 참가신청서 양식 작성 -

작성 후 하단 ‘완료’ 클릭

* 등록 후 참가신청서 작성하면 접수번호가 자동으로 배정되니 접수번호

(예 : 2012.09 -1...)를 기억하여 현장에서 배번 수령시 STAFF에게 전달

6. 신청기간

- 2012. 09. 17(월) 09:00 ~ 20(목), 18:00까지

- 선착순 200명 접수

- 신청기간 외에는 접수를 하지 않으니 신청기간을 꼭 지켜 주시기 바랍니다.

7. 기 타

- 기존 건강달리기대회 신청방법 및 신청서 양식은 사용불가

- 2012년 총 6회 대회 중 6회이상 완주자에 대한 시상

- 매 대회 참가 완주자(50분 제한)에 소정의 상품 및 간식 제공

- 대회당일 오후 4시 정각에 출발하니 최소 30분전 현장에 도착하여 충분한 준비운동과

배번 수령 등의 원활한 대회 진행이 될 수 있도록 협조바랍니다.

*오후4시 출발시간 임박해서 한꺼번에 많은 인원이 몰리면 정상적인 대회진행 불가

(Participants should assemble at the Great Stadium until 15:30, the competition will start at 16:00 sharp.)

Application : visit our homepage (http://sportscomplex.kaist.ac.kr/) → upper bar, click 'Fun Run Competition (Korean word : Gun Gang Dal Li Gi, 건강달리기)' → click 'apply' button (Korean word : Shin Chung Jup Soo, 신청접수) → ‘register’ (Korean word : Deung Rok ,등록) → Fill out the application form → bottom line, click 'Complete' button (Korean word : wan Ryo, 완료)

* Your number(e.g 201209-1) will be automatically assigned as you register and fill out the application form. Please remember your number and show it to STAFF when you get the numbered vest.

6. Term of application 

- 2012. 9. 17(Mon) 09:00 ~ 20(Thur) 18:00 PM

- 200 persons by order of arrival (We do not allow applying after the due. please be aware of the time limit for applcation.)

7. Etc.

- You cannot use the way to apply and application form before.(use homepage)

- Award for the applicants who finished five races out of six in 2012.

- Prescribed prize and snacks for the participants who finished the race.

- We start at 16:00 sharply so you should arrive at the starting point at least 30 minutes before to get the vest.

* we cannot proceed the event if the participants arrives at once when the starting is imminent.
