1. 체육시설 시범운영 관련

12월 8일(화) 0시부터 수도권 2.5단계, 비수도권 2단계로 사회적 거리두기 단계가 상향 조정되었습니다. 이에 대전 지역의 실내 체육시설은 21시에 운영을 중단하는 등 강화된 방역수칙을 준수해야 합니다.

이에 정부의 강화된 지침에 협조하고자 다음과 같이 조치하고자 하오니 적극적인 협조 바랍니다.

- 스포츠 컴플렉스 관련 시설: 21시까지 운영 (현행과 동일)

- 생활관 체육시설 : 24시간 개방 (현행) -> 5시~21시까지 운영 (변경)

      * 두 시설 모두 엄격한 방역수칙 적용은 현행과 동일

또한, 학사과정 입시 대면면접이 실시되는 12.9(수)~12.10(목), 이틀 간에는 체육시설 시범운영을 전면 중단합니다.

2. 면접시험 기간 응원 집합 금지

면접시험 기간 동안 졸업생 및 재학생의 출신 고등학교 후배 응시생들에 대한 응원이나 격려를 위한 일체의 모임이나 행사를 금지합니다.

위 사항들은 다수의 외부인이 출입하는 면접 기간동안 캠퍼스 내 이동을 최소화하고, 추가적인 외부인 유입을 차단하고자 하는 조치이오니 구성원들의 이해와 적극적인 협조를 바랍니다.

This is an announcement from the KAIST TF for the Prevention of COVID-19.

1. Regarding on-campus exercise facilities:

Starting from Tuesday, December 8, 0 o’clock, the level of social distancing as changed to 2.5 in metropolitan cities, and all other cities to level 2. In relation, outdoor sports facilities in Daejeon area must be closed by 21:00 and reinforce quarantine protocols.

Therefore, in order to cooperate with the reinforced guidelines, we are taking the following measures:

- Sports Complex facilities: Open until 21:00(same as before)

- Dormitory exercise facilities: Open 24 hours(current) → Open 5:00~21:00(change)

    * The current strict quarantine rules apply to both facilities.

However, the trial operation will be temporarily suspended and facilities closed for two days from December 9th (Wed.) to December 10th (Thurs.), when face-to-face interviews are held for undergraduate admission.

2. Prohibition of any gathering for cheering activities during the admission interview period

During the interview period, any graduate or current student group gatherings to support and cheer for former high school juniors are prohibited.

The measures above are taken to minimize movement on campus and strengthen quarantine protocols during the interview period when a large number of outsiders enter and exit our campus.
