    This is how to do gym workout for beginners.
    The dead hang is good for relaxing your back by decompressing the spine.
    It also helps to improve grip strength and makes strong ligaments in shoulders, elbows, and wrists.
    Hanging position increases the space under the acromion of shoulder
    and it's good for people who have shoulder problems
    such as frozen shoulder or shoulder impingement syndrome.   
    It is recommended as the main strengthening exercise
    for those who are not familiar with the hanging exercises,
    and it can be a good warming up exercise for those who has been doing strengthening work out.
