Required items
- Required items for using the fitness center
- Please bring your own indoor gym shoes and socks. Workout clothes and towels are provided.
- Note to fitness center users
- Make sure to warm up and stretch before starting a workout.
- Refrain from actions that may cause discomfort in other users.
- Use the towels provided to keep sweat off the equipment while exercising.
- Gym shoes must be worn in the fitness center. (Slippers are not allowed)
